Pioneer Ultra Races knows that it's the volunteers that really make races special, and we want to return the favor in kind. Volunteers will recieve $10/hr credit towards a race of their choosing. We are also working to establish a volunteer rewards registry of like-minded partners that give discounts and swag for your volunteering hours. • Refunds/Rollovers                                                                                                                                                              Pioneer Ultra Races does offer refunds/ rollovers. Due to the nature of running events we are unable to provide full refunds close to the event date. Please reference the below schedule:
  60+ days prior to race date: Full refund/rollover
  30-59 days prior to race date: 50% Refund/rollover
  0-29 days prior to race date: No refunds/rollover

• Cancellation Policy
  Pioneer Ultra Races will take place rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe or prevented by some other force of nature, or global pandemic. The Race Director will have the final decision to make changes in order to best meet the group’s interests and the safety of participants, volunteers and spectators in case of extreme weather. The Race Director will determine if and when the event shall be postponed, resumed, delayed or canceled.
